4. Resume Data Handling

Your resume and job description content is sent to our AI processing service solely to generate your tailored resume. This data is transmitted securely over HTTPS and is processed in real time. We do not permanently store your resume content, job descriptions, or tailored output on our servers. Once your tailored resume is generated and delivered to your browser for download, the content is no longer retained by us.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS)— For hosting and transactional email delivery via AWS SES.
• Anthropic— For AI-powered resume tailoring. Resume content is sent to Anthropic's API for processing and is subject to their privacy policy.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. All data transmissions are encrypted using TLS/SSL. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Access to administrative systems is protected by authentication.

We retain your email address and purchase records for as long as necessary to provide the service (i.e., until your credits are fully used) and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes. Resume content, job descriptions, and tailored output are not permanently stored.
