The Service generates ATS-optimized versions of your resume based on the content you provide. CVSharp does not fabricate experience, skills, or qualifications — it restructures and enhances your existing content to better match the target job description.

3. Credits and Purchases

The Service operates on a credit-based system. You purchase credits via Stripe, and each resume tailoring uses one credit.
Credits are non-transferable and are tied to the email address used at the time of purchase.
Credits do not expire. You may use them at any time after purchase.
All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of the service described. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service's systems
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without authorization
Share or resell your credits or access to the Service

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all resume content and job descriptions you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your tailored resume. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content or the tailored output.

7. Output and Accuracy

While CVSharp strives to produce high-quality tailored resumes, the output is generated by AI and may not be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any tailored resume before submitting it to potential employers. CVSharp is not liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or consequences arising from the use of generated content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. If a tailoring request fails due to a system error, the credit used for that request will be automatically refunded.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CVSharp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, loss of data, or loss of profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the credits in question.

The CVSharp name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are the property of CVSharp. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service or its components without prior written permission.

11. Modifications to Terms
